1. General Information

These terms and conditions govern the sale, installation, and service of water purifier systems by Astra Aqua Pvt. Ltd. ("the Company"). By purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms. The Company is a manufacturer, supplier, and trader of premium quality RO Systems and Water Softener Systems, established in the year 2010 at Delhi.

2. Product & Pricing

• The images represent actual product though color of the image and product may slightly differ.
• Technical specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Discount of 20-30% may apply on select products as per company policy.

3. Installation

• Installation and demo will be provided free of cost for Delhi NCR only.
• Installation shall be done by the Company or its authorized representative only.
• If customer installs the purifier themselves or through a third party, warranty will be terminated.
• Installation will be completed within 3 days after request received by customer on our toll-free number.
• For installations outside major cities or in villages, charges of Rs 400 apply.

4. Warranty Terms

• One Year Warranty with all parts against manufacturing defects. Only for Delhi NCR.
• Product warranty shall be effective from the date of installation.
• Plastic body is not covered under warranty.
• Consumables including pre-sediment filter, pre-carbon filter, RO membrane, UF, mineral cartridges are not covered under warranty after installation.
• RO membrane is imported and of best quality. For better performance, install at maximum TDS of 700 PPM only. Use in higher TDS will damage membrane and there is no warranty of membrane.
• Pre-filter damaged due to heavy pressure or any other reason is not covered under warranty.
• All electronic items except UV lamp are covered under warranty for one year.
• Crack and break warranty within 7 days after machine installation.

5. Returns & Exchange

• Return or exchange is possible within 7 days from the date of machine installation.
• If machine is returned or exchanged within the 1st month, 30% of the amount will be deducted.
• From the 2nd month onward, 10% of the amount will be deducted every month.
• Filter kit must be replaced after 12 to 14 months.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment schedule typically includes: Booking Amount, Down Payment, and Installments as agreed.
• All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
• Late payments may attract additional charges as per company policy.
• Cheque bounce will result in additional charges and legal action as per applicable laws.

7. Legal Disclaimer

1. The customer will notify the Company in writing or by calling helpline promptly if any defect is noticed and give the Company adequate opportunity to inspect, test, and remedy them.
2. The Company obligation under warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of parts which are found defective. Visiting charges are extra - Rs 350 in major cities of India.
3. Storage tank 15 liters is volumetric; after filling 12 liters, water purifier switches off.
4. The Company liability under this warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only and is non-transferrable.
5. Under no circumstances shall the liability of the Company exceed the value of the product.
6. Installation and service available all over India in major cities only (not in small cities or villages). Charges Rs 400.

8. Service & Maintenance

• Please contact us within 3 to 4 months for mandatory free services.
• Any other company parts will not be allowed in our contract period.
• Expert technicians available with same-day service. Assured visit within 1 hour.
• Genuine parts guaranteed with 10 years of experience.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
